Have you considered e-mailing Sprint rather than us about this?
[email protected] might help.

You can bet that he has tried to get some resolution from spcs. This is a
good place to post such information to find out if this is a widespread
practice, and it's the first I've heard of the limitation on PCS to PCS
calls, if indeed there is any such thing. I'm waiting to hear more.
Lately, it seems that spcs is changing the rules and negatively impacting
our service. That can't be good news.

I have talked with Sprint several times. They say these are the rules and
remind me that I am off contract. I can take a hint and will leave. There
is a new ATTITUDE RUNNING AROUND sPRINT AND IT IS VERY NEGATIVE.

I was with Verizon for years then switched to Sprint so a member of my
family can talk with her Sprint friends. And I don't know if Verizon has
changed any in the past 4 years or not, but from my very own experience with
these 2 services.
- Verizon customer service and support were exellent, very professional and
helpful.
Comparing to Sprint, I don't have much problem with any person I have
talked (at local stores or phone), but the whole_system_is_a_mess, and more
like a crook than service. Because I had so many billing errors and each
took months to correct, then different billing error's started, then other
error's.
- Like I mention above I don't know any newer change and improvement of
Verizon in the past 4 years, but I like Sprint service (more tower and
pretty good signal where I live) and plan (I like 7PM better than 9PM).
Except with Verizon I didn't have to renew my plan when changing plan,
when Sprint sometime they require to renew 2-year contract to UPDATE the
current plan (like the new plan offers free of charge at 7PM when the older
charged extra $5 month)
Verizon requires a new contract when you change plans. Altell does not.

Re: Sprint hates me
First of all, there are no limitations on sprint to sprint minutes of usage. The only limitations are doing too high a percentage of roaming minutes versus minutes on sprint network.
Secondly what probably happened was your plan was set up wrong and got corrected. A lot of older plans were supposed to be $20 extra per line, but stores used to set them up as $10 per line, even though they were not supposed to.

Re: Sprint hates me
then the store should be held accoutable for the mistake not the subscriber
..
if the store or the company hires morons who cant follow policy then fire
them perod.
