I would like to know if anybody has had a good experience from Pagecomm wireless.
The reason I am asking is... I am presently in a Sprint family plan (3 lines) with 800 anytime minutes, 7pm nights and weekends, no power pack plan and my monthly bill has been over $130. When I signed up the plan was $69 for 2 line and $9.99 for additional lines. Also, lately I've been getting allot of dropped calls. I thought Sprint was improving their signal in Chicago area.
Getting back to Pagecomm, they said they could get me out of my sprint plan without an early termination fee, and sign me up for another provider (like t-mobile or AT&T). Sounds good because I want a texting plan and T-mobile sounds good.
Thanks for you feedback!

Or, perhaps, marketing genius! Perhaps this outfit eats EFTs and makes
up for it in their commissions. Look at Amazon- they offer low-end
phones for "-$150" ("free" with $150 cash back, etc.)
There might be enough wiggle-room in the commisions to sell you a low-end
phone for $30 and swallow the EFT.

Before going with what sounds like a sketchy operation, I would advise
you to check into two things:
1. Your phone. I was insanely frustrated with Sprint a few years back,
but it turned out that the antenna on my phone got damaged. Getting a
new phone fixed literally all the woes.
2. You can probably get a slightly better deal from Sprint than you have
now. I am sure that Sprint would much rather give you free texting than
lose you as a customer. If you've been with the company for a while, you
probably qualify for a small percentage of Loyalty Discount as well. If
you currently pay extra to have 7pm night and weekend, you could
probably get that for free as well if it was really important to you.
Finally, if you don't have free mobile to mobile, that sounds reasonable
to ask for - which in turn might allow you to have a plan with less
minutes on it.
In general, I found that you won't get a better deal with another
company. Sprint seems the most affordable by far - and frankly the most
flexible with perks and discounts. If I were you, I'd spend a little
effort working the points above. You never know what you might get.
You may not know this address: [email protected] .. You can e-mail
them with your questions instead of calling customer support. A polite
e-mail saying something like "i enjoy sprint but I've been considering
switching because my bill has gotten large and my service is not what I
expect - is there anything you can do?" can do wonders. Be prepared to
not succeed on the first e-mail/call but you eventually will.
Good luck, let me know if this helps
