Treo Newbie here, and first time poster here.
My "new" Treo 650 has the latest firmware. I generally like the phone
and Palm applications. Installed a few extras. No real aproblems except
the occasional spontaneous reset.
What I don't like is that when I receive a call, it often doesn't
register the caller ID for a few rings, and by the time it does, the
call goes to Voicemail before I can answer.
By the way, my Treo is on the Sprint network.
I've googled this problem, but can't find an answer. Any suggestions
would be appreciated.
Thanks,
M.C.

Call customer service. Call some time when you have 10-30 minutes to
spare. Use the speakerphone or a headset, so you can do useful things
while you're waiting.
Ask them to increase the number of rings until voicemail cuts in.
Delivery of caller ID is a network function -- I don't think it matters
what handset you're using.
