If it wasn't the fact I actually like sprint service and have been with
them for 7 years I would have not bothered to upgrade my phone or add a
line. I got disconnected 3 times before i was actually able to upgrade
my phone. Some how the new line went smoothly... I don't wonder why but
they could make it less obvious.
