Oddly enough, I when I use the Stereo Bluetooth
    http://www.amazon.com/Motorola-Bluet.../dp/B000NK9HKQ

there are times it sounds better than a direct connection to the phone.

Something screwes up with a direct connection from time to time and I have
to unplug everything from the phone and then plug it back in to get it to
    sound better.

I found a new problem/FIX with my Bluetooth Stereo.

I bought a new Stereo Bluetooth headset the Sony DR-BT22
    http://www.amazon.com/Sony-DRBT22-Wi.../dp/B000VE7S9Q

The problem is, after pairing it works just fine as a hands-free but if I
want it to work as a wireless stereo I have to use the following routine.

Comm Manager->Settings->Bluetooth then hold the stylus down on DR-BT22 until
a menu shows up on the same screen.

Once the menu shows up select "Set as Wireless Stereo" and shortly after
that it will start working as a "Wireless Stereo headset."

I also found out, if I use the above routine I can connect to my Motorola
S705 even if I turn it on before the phone.

Plus, and here is the good part. Using the tap and hold to bring up a menu,
I can easily go back and forth between Bluetooth Stereo devices and I don't
have to turn either one off.

BTW I haven't done any of the updates yet, but I certainly plan on doing the
update that should enable the GPS on the Mogul.

Re: HTC Mogul update trashed my bluetooth

It always helps to play around with the settings. I now have a connection
between my Mogul and my car. I had to delete a "custom" connection recorded
in the car, attempting to use a connection I named "Mogul". The Mogul wanted
to connect with the car using a setting in the Mogul named "car phone",
which was being sent to the Mogul by the car.

    They see each other now.
