WTF???? Do you just pull 'stuff' out of the air (or somewhere else more
    stinky)...?

Sprint uses VZW as a roaming partner, but Sprint owns/operates it's own
    infrastructure
in all of the areas where it holds a license.

BTW... Sprint is 1900Mhz exclusively - VZW is mostly 800MHz, with a small
    bit of 1900Mhz.

That's bull**** and absolutely not true. You've just proved that you don't
have a clue about the company or the industry, Junior.

Go back to posting on myspace- it's a little more your speed.

Er, ah - where do you think Nextel got the freqs they use today?
(from the Moto and LMR 800 SMS systems they took over and shuttered)

Existing SMS customers were told to switch, or tough ****

Collocation is common nowadays because of NIMBYs and forcing new
    construction
to go that route. Also, there are lots of sites owned by an independent
    tower co, (Crown,
American Tower, Spectrasite, etc). But, not all of them are independently
    owned.

In NW WA, there is (some) collocation, but by no means are all of the two
    carrier's sites
    collocated.
