N400 Uploading Voice Ringers?

Hello a couple of months back there was a website that
made it easy to upload voice ringers that were produced
using the "winamp conversion".

The known sites like sprintusers.com/focus enter the info via phonenumber
and creates a link that for some reason does not work with the N400.

It was a really quirky name that would be hard to remember.

If anyone can help thanks in advance
