I have the MSL for my phone but I can't figureout the correct key sequence
    to access the brain.

I'm using ##000000 (where 0 is my MSL) and I get nothing.....

    Any suggestions? Please post here....

    Thanks

It means that your MSL is not valid. Try to get the correct one and
    proceed.
