    How long do you normally wait? I was told on Wednesday I would be getting a
    replacement phone in two days. It is Monday, and still no sign of my phone?

    It turns out I was looking at the wrong issue. UPS has the phone. I spent
    all day Friday waiting for it and now they claim they made an attempt to
    deliver but I wasn't in! Sorry Sprint - not really your issue although if I
    was sent a tracking number when I requested it, it would have alleviated the
    concern with Sprint.

    It would have been nice but I do have to admit, Sprint did send me a
    replacement phone in 2 days which is better than I expected from them.
