I returned my a600 and got the a620. I love the a620. To be honest I
was disappointed with the a600. I urge everyone to wait and get the
a620. The a600 feels fragile and has bad styling. The rotating screen
and rotating camera are really quite useless and more of a pain than
anything else. The a620 has the same features for much less in a
smaller package. imho the a620 will bury the a600 (like the 8100/5300)

Don't think so. The 8100/5300 look almost identical. You're forgetting the
"coolness" factor with the A600. The A620 just looks plan and ordinary. The
A600 turns heads. It's only $50 more from Best Buy anyway. Not much of a price
    difference. To each his own.

    Re: a600 vs a620

True aesthetics are a personal choice, but the comparison that I was
trying to make was the fact that they are functionally identical but the
a620 will be around 90 cheaper than the a600. To me, it seems that the
features the a600 offers would never be used and actually ended up being
a nuisance. The size of the phone increased significantly from the a500
so one can the ability to rotate the camera and the screen both of which
are pretty useless features. Meanwhile the a620 is about the size of
the a500 with all of the features of the a600. Look at the
8100/5300...Maybe it's a new trend to catch people first with the a600
or 5300...then turn around and offer the same phone give or take for 100
less weeks later to appeal to the value minded crowd a620/8100.

You can find the a620 at Sprint stores. I don't think they are avail
    through BB or CC yet.

Actually, the A620 is significantly heavier (thicker) than the A500. It
is still a great phone. It is about the same size as the 8100....maybe
    a shade thinner.

The 5300 is still a better phone than the 8100. The camera on the 5300
can't compare. I'm not sure about the 600 vs. 620.

I'm told a small shipment went to CostCo. Then general release after that.
