need software for CF2031 - alternate locations?

I have been trying to days to download the connection software for the
CF2031 and PPC from sprints site and all that downloads is a small .exe that
is not valid (just a few k of data.. file is not complete). I have tried
from 3 different locations.

Does anyone know of any other locations to get it?
