    It appears to be Sprint's policy to keep techs away from customers, and
    I think it is truly sick.

    I have never, ever been able to speak to a Sprint Store tech.

    Interesting what an email to a friend, who can make a call to a friend
    in that area can do...

    (The person called the store, they denied it, they let them know who it
    was, they got it quickly)... ;-)
