The stores should have it by the end of next week - the latest update
said it was being "pushed next week".

Hopefully most stores will get it, and if they don't, apparently
(according to Larry) its available when your account is flagged and you
    hit *2.

It works very smoothly if the CSr knows what to do. I did get one CSR
that apparently had never heard the term "PRL" before, and claimed to
transfer me to a "TECH" (maybe the CSR sitting next to her?) that said
10020 wouldn't be available until the end of September, and in any event
PRLs really didnt affect how your phone works.

Well to be honest, it really doesnt effect how your phone works, in
terms of dropped calls. People with contantly call in wanting a prl
update becuase they got a dropped call.. It doesnt do crpa from dropped
call while on the Sprint Network.. It is a Prefered "Roaming" List.

And for all the others asking about why dont they make the list prefer
digital roam over analog.. This is dependant of what it cost Sprint to
roam on that carrier network.. If it is cheaper for Sprint to let thier
customer roam on analog, that is what thier going to do.. Sprint, as
well as other carriers, eat a lot of the roaming costs.. It may cost you
only .50-.69 cents to roam, but it cost the carriers well over $1.00 per
minute.. So say Sprint is in talks with another carrier over romaing,
and the other carrier says "Ok Sprint, We will allow your customers to
romain on our analog network for $1.00 per minute, and allow then to
roma on the digital portion for $2.50 per minute.. Sprint as well as
other carrier will set the PRL's to the cheaper of the two to be the
    "Prefered"

I was speaking in terms of Sprint PCS, Since they only have one network.
