I called to find out why I had 72 minutes of wireless web
charges ($28) from my other phone which is not Vision.
I know that I used it two or three times for about ten
minutes total on a weekend, but I suspect my niece may
have logged on during the daytime. Amazing how a ten
year old can navigate a phone she's never used before
and get to the games and ringers.
The Sprint CSR couldn't give me a breakdown of when the
WW were used and I'm not going to worry about the extra
$28 charged.
The interesting thing was the CSR offered me right off
the bat to change my plan to an 8 PM weekdays start time
to help eliminate using WW minutes in the early evening.
I declined as it would have started my AA agreement again
for another year.

Re: Offered 8 PM start time
FYI, I (and others) was once offered an additional 150 anytime minutes as a
retention plan, but no contract was required. You could call back and try
to haggle for that.

Re: Offered 8 PM start time
I take it you do not have detailed billing. That may be helpful,
especially if others, like your niece, sometimes use your phone.
