    I get this error when I try to send photos via email from my 5300.

    any idea why?

    when it says 'service', does this mean my phone needs service?

    Funny! I just started getting that on Sunday/Monday when I was doing the
    same. Sprint had me reset my phone, etc.. Nothing worked. They then said
    to go to a store and have it reflashed. I just took it back to Best Buy
    with my PSP and got the 8100. Kinda pissed now knowing that it probably
    wasn't just my phone.

    I just spent 15 min waiting for a CSR at *2, and she told me they know
    about the problem and it should be working by 5pm tomorrow.

    we'll see.
