Thanks Ryan. Verizon said that that tower was facing the wrong way. I
    appreciate the help!

So what? Does that give Sprint the right to tell me I will have service in
the middle of the Pacific, only I can only use the phone if I drive to a
    beach in California?

Nah, don't think so. Sprint advertised and told me that they provided
    coverage IN MY AREA.

Yes it is Jason especially because they sent techs out, they checked all that
could be checked - your saying they didn't is your opinion - there was no
proof that you didn't get service and you used service.

You don't like this and that is your right but the entire problem was you used
the service and you used it by choice. With proof of this and no problems
found it is your word against the facts - you used service - the facts show
that you had no reason to expect to get out of your contract with no ETF.

You are being ridiculous now - you are smarter than that.

Well believe it. They continued to tell me that I DID have service IN
LITTLE ELM, TX. I don't know how many times I was told this. Using my
phone at work in Addison, TX does not constitute having service in an area
Sprint advertised and told me was covered. Look, I'm just telling you what
they continually told me. Perhaps they thought that every call I made was
from Little Elm. Most of the calls were made in Frisco or at work or on the
way home. At night - little usage. How am I supposed to use the night and
weekend minutes I pay for if I can't use the phone in Little Elm when I'm
    around the house?

How am I being ridiculous? If Sprint's definition of service, as you
describe it, means EXACTLY that. I am covered in TX as long as I drive to
Oklahoma to use the phone. Is that right?

If Sprint advertises and tells me they have coverage in a certain area, and
they DON'T, that's false advertising. And when I begain having trouble,
that is EXACTLY what they continued to say.

Justin, it doesn't matter if your home area was Providence Rhode Island and you
made all your calls from Spokane Washington - you made the choice to make those
calls - Sprint provided a service - Sprint did not dial any call for you - you
chose to dial the number and talk to the person you called - you used Sprint's
service. You can argue until the end of time about this - you expected to have
service at your home - and you had every right to expect that BUT - for the
last time you used the service provided to you by Sprint.

No proof? What kind of proof do you want? I dropped calls while on the
phone with *2. I dropped calls while on a *2 call with a "manger" (which I
    now doubt was a manager).
Perhaps I can take some video footage of my friend not receiving service in
the area and send it to you.

Having no reason is YOUR opinion, not a matter of law, especially consumer
    law.

And the fact that the service was crappy to non-existent in an area where
they advertised it has nothing to do with it. I see. So I guess I should
have asked for a refund of just my night and weekend costs. You're being
    ridiculous.

Basically, as I've posted before, your logic allows Sprint to advertise
coverage in a place with no coverage as long as you drive to a place with
coverage to use the phone. And that is not the intent of the service at
    all.

I didn't say anything remotely like this.
Within the Sprint network, there can still be many reasons why at some point
you might not be getting your signal from a Sprint tower where you had
previously gotten a signal. I had many calls from people who were with
Verizon, Cingular etc. - they were calling their CSR but they got Sprint -
because they were getting their signal from Sprint at that moment.

In your home when you tried to make a call did you go into roaming, did you get
    a signal from another carrier?

Because I'm posting negatively about Sprint, or because someone's also being
    ridiculous?

If you mean me - I am not being ridiculous - I have told you exactly why you
couldn't get out of your contract with no ETF. Exactly, Justin, with no ifs,
    and, or buts.

Now I am out of here - enough is enough.
