Uhhh, I thought you just said that getting off topic was lying. The topic
at hand is the JD Powers survey. By your own definition, you are a liar.

And please, I'm getting confused now. You've accused me of being a liar so
many times that I'm having trouble eping up with the supposed lies I've
told. If you think I'm lying from now on, please describe more clearly the
lie you think I told. So far, I haven't lied.

When did I specifically say that I didn't want you to respond to this
thread? If that was the message you received, why the HELL have you been
    posting here for days?

based on our experiences, and other posts here the only evidence we have
of Sprints policies having changed, is that they've changed for the
worse. No longer 800 number available 24/7, no longer no contract with
Add-A-Phone, No longer modem useage allowed with Vision Service, no
longer becoming a Sprint customer without a contract, no longer calling
an 866 number to get to Executive Services, but asking for a contract
renewal before doing a warranty swap?

And I can't tell the difference, because the first time I had to call CS was
when I first started having troubles.

Have they always tried to satisfy customer issues by offering them 100
    minutes for $10/month?

You have called people rude for less than this and people here have been called
rude for saying things about you that were much less rude than this - this
statement by you is extremely rude, totally unacceptable. You are also
insulting every CSR in Sprint with this statement. Being a CSR is not a
position to be ashamed of - except to people with your lack of class.

Customer care WAS NOT 24 hours per day. It was 6:00 AM - 2:00 AM CST -
everyday but Saturday which was 6:00 AM - 11:00 PM (for system upgrades).
Before the hours of operation changed - Trouble Technicians were 24/7 but not
    CSR.

Oh, you mean like requesting examples of people reporting improved customer
service, and then never acknowledging the response? Hypocrisy is not dead
in you, Justin. You specifically reported not caring whether I responded,
and even said you would not debate it, and now you're all in a tizzy because
simple and common courtesy is asked of you.

Typical of your ilk to refuse to face up to your own actions.

Dishonesty again, Justin. And you know it. You specifically stated you
    didn't care if I responded. Now you've launched into a grad-school hissy
