Phillipe seems to not realize you are experiencing this *on your phone*,
and hence, there's no such setting to check. It's not your phones,
guys. It's our server. Seems to timeout. I've been told we're working
on it. Since March, I've been told we're working on it.

Speaking strictly for myself, after just accepting it and logging in for
four or five days, it stopped happening, and hasn't been back. I don't
know if that's coincidence or cause-effect.

Now it sounds like he thinks it's a PDA. Unless he's referring to
pulling the battery on the phone. But I don't think that'll work,
either. I'm convinced it's on our side, and it would appear the network
    techs agree.

That happens to me too, alot. Exact same behavior. I just shut the phone
off and turn it back on again when it happens, and that makes the problem go
    away.

It seems to me its on the Sprint end, not the phone end, week before last,
I could only go to web once without having to log in OR power off/on, this
week it has been working better.

    Update!

It appears that my long time e-mail login prompt issue has been fixed. I
decided to call Sprint and simply have them reprogram my phone number
into my phone and so far it has worked! I have not been asked for PCS
mail login info since I did the reprogramming.
