So? Whether that report is issued or not, William's right. There are a
number of satisfied customers.

Having dissatisfied customers does not make SprintPCS a bad company, and
having satisfied customers does not make SprintPCS a good company. In
the long run if it can become profitable may have a larger bearing than
the opinions of posters on Usenet.
