Strange definition of trolling if my posts need to be deleted.
You really need to start a new nesgroup

Oh, so now Phillippe has to create a new identity as well? That's one sure
sign you are a troll ... I'm sure Earthlink will be interested in that ...

No problem.
So is anyone else having problems with the VGA-1000 (a620) and shortmail?

I agree. However, to respond to your SprintUsers comment. This is first
and foremost a newsgroup, SprintUsers is simply one small front end to it.
I really think that these portals have caused more problems than good.

I know you can't read this, Mr. Veldaplunk, but posting news about a
carrier's problems is just as acceptable.

What you don't understand, Justin, is that Phillipe has repeatedly
killfiled people in this newsgroup and has urged others to do the same
with him... but the fact that he has created a new "identity" to force
everyone to read his posts (and re-killfile) again is just baffling and
asking to be disliked. I mean, if you know that a good number of people
dislike you and don't agree with you and have already killfiled you, why
would you create a new identity to fight with them all over again unless
you were wanting to cuse trouble?

Well, I've also seen people other than Phillipe cause trouble as well. Tom
V, Rob, Isaiah Beard, Male Bomb, etc.
It's no worse than people nitpicking your posts, saying that you're not
credible, and then plonking you after you've answered no less than half a
dozen questions as a courtesy of their nitpicking. Or people who continue
to post long after you've dropped a thread, then complain when you
eventually un-drop the thread. Or people who plonk someone and create a
whole thread dedicated to informing everyone of the plonk.
Not that I've seen you do any of the above. It's just funny to see them
lecture people on proper posting ettiquette.

Yeah, I can see your point. I am just at a loss how this group got so
bad in a short amount of time. Sure, there were people who never got
along, but nothing to the extent of this.
I long for the good old days when there would be disagreements, but we
would agree to disagree... namecalling, foul language (not actually a
reference to Bob here as I don't recall him using bad language to get
his point across), insulting... its just getting to be too much.
Not all people have had positive things t say about Sprint. Not all
people have negative things to say about Sprint. Personally, I
haven't had poor CS yet, but I am not going to say that no one has.
On the other hand, someone who has had nothing but problems with Sprint
should respect the fact that I haven't had any major probs, and when I
post that CS has been good to me, its not a tirade or rebuffing with
someone else has said. Everyone has a different and unique customer
service experience... that doesn't make one right over the other, and
stooping to name calling certainly isn't going to make anyone's case
look more appealing.
Anyways, I just wanted to make sure you saw why Phillipe (in this
particular situation) is asking for trouble in creating his new identity
and forcing everyone who killfiled him to read his posts all over again.
Other people have bad "net-ettiquette", but just recognize that Phillipe
isn't completely innocent either.

I originally posted my experience, and nothing more. Almost immediately, I
was asked question after question by people looking to accuse me of lying
(Tom Veldaplunk, Rob, Txgrntx, Isaiah Beard, etc.). I answered the
questions, then began to be accused of lying, being incredible,
unbelievable, etc. Tom "plonked" me after I answered tons of his questions
but before I could really respond. Yet Tom continues to refer to me in his
posts. Rob twists the words in my posts, creates fictitious happenings
(esp. about the 8100s I purchased), etc.
I then posted the BBB response to my letter. Immediately, I was accused of
trolling because I had posted more than two negative posts about Sprint,
being accused of "posting the same thing over and over" by several people,
although I never reposted anything.
Had people simply read the posts and made a few quick comments, I'd probably
be gone by now. But now I'm having fun irritating these people by pointing
out where they lie and twist. After all, that's what they tried to do to me
from the beginning : )
And to Bob, who also appears to have an affinity for conflict: I've
unplonked you. I figure I might as well have some more fun with you as
well.

Re: Can you See me now
alt.cellular.sprintpcs is a newsgroup that is carried by news
services of many isps. For example aol or earthlink. I use earthlink
and read with netscape. Perhaps your isp, who you pay money to so you
can get to www.sprintusers.com, has a new server also.

Silly Sausage. Why do you even read the posts if you don't want to read
them?

Justin,
Yeah I can see what you mean. If I remember correctly, I do think some
people in here may not have been as open to your posts as they could
have been. And please don't think my recent post in this thread was
directed specifically at you. I just think that some people in here
were already riled up by Phillipe that when you came in here, you got a
bad rap by some... Some people may have also been only asking questions
to get more info to try and assess the situation -- and chose a poor way
of asking to make it seem accusational. Some (myself included), if I
recall correctly, also posted that they agreed with you and thought
Sprint was completely at fault.
I think that you and Phillipe make some very valid points about some
negatives that Sprint has. But on the same token, don't fall into the
habit that Phillipe has of calling anyone who makes a positive remark
about Sprint an "apologist". I think that people in here sometimes
fail to realize that there are two sides to each story... just like some
people who have had great CSR experiences can't grasp the fact that
some have had horrible CSR experiences, and vice versa.
By the way, have you heard anything new about your account? What is
your status concerning the ETF and other fees?

I completely understand what you're saying.
I still haven't received the final bill yet. It should be here around the
14th.
