Yes you were. That *was* the discount at the time you bought them. They
were $30 cheaper MSRP, and $30 less in discount.

How about this post? Care to discuss this one? I didn't think so. You
make up CRAP and then refuse to discuss it. Let's start with this post.
Discuss it, or shut the hell up. Then, once we've seen you post some actual
DISCUSSION, then we can move on to harder topics. Until then, you're just a
    huge troll.

I READ the one you provided. You're the one with a reading comprehension
problem. That's why you CAN'T post anything from the story that supports
your arguement that there are advantages to using 1900 as opposed to 800
MHz. Which WAS your arguement. All the support you posted was, "Well,
    Nextel's president says there is."

And you can't fully answer the question. Why then, if I wasn't a "retail
customer", was I signed up for a 2 year contract without my permission or

Justin, you've already criticized me for acting like I read minds, now
you're expecting me to do so? They probably accessed an old special to get
you that $100. Then again, it's *possible* that you were told and either
don't remember, or the rep didn't make *certain* you understood what he or
she was doing. There's probably a 100 different ways it could have
happened. The vast majority of them our fault. Something I've repeated to
you ad nauseum, and you still falsely characterize me as an apologist. Nor
have I *ever* laid claim to expertise.

Just like that stupid diatribe of yours because I can't be certain of the
upgrade path from every phone Sprint has ever released to every phone Sprint
currently sells. I'm not the one unable to acknowledge the opposite point
of view, Justin. There are plenty of examples of me doing exactly that just
in the past couple of weeks alone. You need to take a hard, serious look at
that bigotry icing your veins over and realize it's not doing you *any*
    good.

Nope, no mention of a contract. Others have posted being signed up for
    contracts without their knowledge.

You said that the discount at the time I bought the phones was $100. That's
incorrect, and proof that you had no clue what you were talking about. Why
should we assume you know what you're talking about in other posts?

No, showing you to be innaccurate helps customers understand that you don't
know the answers, either. You work for Sprint and you need some training.
Ok, now that you've admitted that you post assumptions, we can drop that
    topic.

Next, I'm not the one that makes up facts about an article that I post as a
source for others. Want to tell us the benefits of 1900 over 800 MHz?
Look, I wouldn't even bother responding to you, but you saw fit to call me a
liar every time I posted something. Now I'm *proving* you to be one.

If you can't list any other reason than "Nextel's president says" there are
advantages to 1900 as opposed to 800, then quit claiming to have posted a
    source with "multiple reasons".

And yes, you are an apologist. Your response to the incorrect letter that
was sent out (claiming "no harm") is proof that you're an apologist. It cost
a lot of customers time to call *2 and get it straightened out.

And idiots like you can't see the difference in "looking for a fight" and
looking to have Rob back up his drivel. Again, you're just about as bad as
    Rob.

What you're saying is, it's ok for me to start a discussion, have Rob call
