I wonder if Sprint forgot to send me one or if they just sent it straight to
a collection agency. The cycle was supposed to cut off on the 14th. I
would have thought I would have received a bill by now.

    Have you tried their website?
Have you tried calling customer (dis)service?

I haven't been able to log into the web site in weeks. And no, I'm not
calling *2 until I get the bill. Who knows what they would screw up if I
called. I'd probably end up with 5 bills.

You have other problems then, namely your computer, browser software,
    and/or internet software.
Once you get that fixed and can reach the web, try sprint's website.

    Did you check their website?

My Invoice isnt there, but they apparently errored on my bill and its
$40 less than it should be, so I won't complain again about being
charged improperly for Vision. Must be a first. A billing error in
    customers favor.

Yup, you're correct, as not a Sprint customer you can't log on to the
    web site.

No, I don't have computer problems. They cancelled my internet access about
two days after I cancelled the account.

I never receive my bill until about 10 business days later (2 weeks),
    judging from memory.

Thanks. I never really paid attention to the cutoff date. I just paid the
    bill when I received it.

If you dont ever get a bill, I think Sprint had this thing were as if
final balance was $0 or less than $0 they did not send one.. I THINK! I
am not totally sure about it.

kinda like the thing with Verizon a credit refunds, if the credit is
less than a dollar, they don't send a refund check unless you specially
    REQUEST one.

The bill is calculated based upon the end of your billing period. The
total owed will show online in about 2 days, the Invoice, about 3 days
later, at which time Hardcopy is mailed. (based on my experience)

    Re: Still no bill yet.

It's not cheating They state it in the Terms of service.. If the credit
refund is less than a dollar, then the refund is sent by request, becuz
it cost more money for verizon to issue that piddly little refund than
it is to just write if off.. I remember there was someone in another
forum or on here I dont remember, that was *****ing and complaining over
a 34 cent refund from verizon.. It cost that much for Verizon just to
put a stamp on the envelope.. no is it really cheat customer out of
there money, most people dont care about anything under a dollar cuz it
just change, but if the customer req to customer service for it to be
    refunded it will be.

And regarding the bill from Sprint.. If wut I said is what is going on,
I can understand why.. Really there is no need to send a final invoice
if nothing is owed, But if the customer req a copy, Customer service
will send a copy of the bill.. It's just a way to save on cost.. every
little bit helps.. I mean heck Sprint Changed the paper size of the bill
last year, and it saved them Millions just for changing paper size.

Remember he cancled his service, he does not have access to view his
account online anymore since he no longer has service, cuz the number he
has is no longer in use, and cannot logg on the website under than
    number anymore.
