    Anybody know how to change the assigned username and also the name that
    shows up on caller ID when you call somenone?

    I got 2 phones, and would like my wife's to be uniquely identified, but
    her's shows up on caller ID under my name, plus she needs a different
    username.

    The email/Username can be changed on the SprintPCS web site. Login with
    phone number and account password, click on "My Profile", then "View My
    Settings and Preferences", then "Change PCS Vision Userename and PCS
    Vision Password." Click on the Username blank, and type the one you
    want into the text box on that page. If not already taken, wait up to
    two hours for the change, and you're done.

    We in Customer Care have to take care of the Caller ID change. Takes
    about 5 minutes or so to complete, then about 72 hours to propagate out
    into the phone system.

    Good luck on the called ID part. Sprint had my wifes name *****ed wrong
    when she got her service and it took 4 months!! to get it fixed. She must
    have called a dozen times and even had reps tell her that it was fixed and
    basicaly call her a liar. Well what really got it fixed was when she went
    to plentfeedback or one of those places and got a CEO address to write snail
    mail to. Guess waht, they called us and they fixed it. No question, sprint
    has the worste customer service I have ever dealt with. Even worse than
    Dell. So to make a long story short, have fun changing your caller ID
    info.
