If you have had good experience with Sprint PCS customer service, then
attach your story to this thread! Heck It doesnt even have to be with
just Sprint PCS, post Any good customer service you have gotten, and
tell us from what company you recived it from!!!

And for all you negative people on here, I wont say any names, but you
know who you are. Please do not post your horror stories. This is for
GOOD expereinces. Please keep it that way. And don't start bad mouthing
people for having a good experience. We don't want to here it, keep it
off this thread.

But I've had quite a few customer service experiences that are very
good. Several with my bank (Wachovia), the people who manufactured my
GPS receiver (Garmin, my thread on this is actually in
alt.satellite.gps) and of course, Sprint.

Good deal man.. I'm glad to here more pople are haveing good
experiences.. Hopefully they will get you issue look at with the
capacity issue.. being next to a sports stadium, they should really look
into that.
