    Now that is a TOTAL LIE. I just learn how to work around the system.
    Take advantage of the good points (the Sprint Network) and work around
    the abysmal customer service (by utilizing Executive Services). Those
    who chose to only read "positive" posts are letting themselves get set
    up to overpay and be ripped off.
