    Temporarily Unavailable

    We are very sorry, but this area of the PCS Web site is currently
    undergoing maintenance. In the meantime, you can reach us by:

    * Dialing *2 from your PCS Phone
    * Calling 1-888-211-4727 from your home or office phone

    We regret any inconvenience this causes, and thank you for choosing PCS
    Service from Sprint.

    ==============

    Noon on Monday? Most companies would do this Saturday at 2 AM, so
    as to minimize the effect on their business.

    +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

    Smith and Vargas are too busy launching personal attacks here to watch over the
    Web Site.

    Seems like they need to do a bit more to do in programming the site.
    When one clicks on the coverage maps link, all it does is bring up the
    same pop-up screen.

    It's up again. One change immediately noticeable:

    They changed the Service Plan again today. Now Add-a-Phone is not
    available with the lowest cost plan ($35) like it was 4 hours ago.

    I agree. However, it's the tail end of system-wide upgrades that *did*=20
    begin Saturday night. They had to wait until the backoffice systems=20
    were upgraded before they could upgrade the web site. From what we've=20
    been told, it could be down all day today.

    gotta enter a zip code. Then you get a small scale (useless) coverage
    map drawn by the marketing folks.

    Actually they usually try this on Sundays but invariably they can't get
    all the system updates in on Sunday until everyone gets in on Monday and
    Mondays a usually a mess as a result.(at least that has always been my
    experience at Sprint, they never had a update go smoothly or on time)

    Add-a-phone isn't typically offered w/ the lowest price plan.
