From my experience with CS, it seems like they put them on the phones
the same day they pull them out of the crack house they were living in.

    Before 10/06: 1100 min plan was $80/month.

After 10/06: same plan is $65.

$80/month now gets you 1400 AT minutes.

    Sure looks cheaper to me.

*If* you're willing to sign a new agreement, that is.

We use zip codes to define the coverage area. If you have a couple you=20

You shift resources, you put managers on phoones. Man, talk about an
    apologist.

SprintPCS customer service hold times are getting rediculously longer,
and all you do is bend over backwards to make excuses for Sprint.

And then you say this ALWAYS happens with new plans. DUH.
In the ARMY we call that P P P

    POOR PRIOR PLANNING

Is there any doubt that Sprint deserves to have Customers rate its
customer service Worst in the Industry???

    complicated. No argument from me.

It may be $5, It may be $10, it may be unavailable. It will
absolutely limit you to 50% roaming. Although when you call they will
have the opportunity to upsell you.

Maybe $4/month for replacement coverage, that we're now told wont cover
    a broken screen.

Rob, would you check on the rate for the F&CA add-on in Madison, Wisconsin?
Also, just for curiosity, is the 7 pm option available here?

Michael, I believe the OP was asking whether his area in Seattle was
included to get the F&CA option.

Squirrel, if you are still around, you might post your zip code, as
that appears to be the qualifying factor on whether you can get the
    option.
