    As has already been said, one month of violating that 50% expectation=20
    will not get your F&CA cancelled. So there's room in the plan to have=20
    one month like that every once in a while.

    I'll leave it to him to say, but since he called in and specifically=20
    requested it, he probably wasn't told. If a customer comes into a=20
    grocery store asking for masa harina, I don't think that customer has to=20
    be told what it is.

    If you're going to use my words, at least use them accurately. I said=20
    "SprintPCS" fares well in each of the regions JD Powers cites on their web=
    =20
    site. That is accurate information.
