adding free roaming to retention plan

Has anyone had sucess adding free roaming to a retention plan in the washington
DC area. I was told today by customer service that they could not do it. Id
like to add the $5 roaming option to my existing plan.

Call up Retention again to add Roaming if the CSRs are being difficult. Likely
they'd rather upsell you.
