    is there a way to delete all info on my phone at once (phone book, ringers,
    pictures, etc). basically to reset the phone?

    Yes there is.... check your phone manual or go on line at sprintpcs.com and
    see the manual on your home page. If all else fails...call *2 and ask those
    folks to do it for you.

    Yes. 120 volts across the contacts under the battery (sans the battery, of
    course).
