Hello everyone, although I have been there before I have forgot the actual
    address.

I want to upload a qcp file or whatever the file is that I have saved and
    download it to my phone.

Now, this is for a N400 which in the past has meant that only certain sites
    would allow this.

Does anyone know which site would allow this FREE?

    Thanks in advance

    try mbuzzy.com or 3gupload.com.

Mbuzzy requires that your file be hosted on a website.

dan, download the desktop application at xingtone.com. the best thing
about it is, there is no locker, vault or storage on a remote site.
the file goes straight from your PC to your mobile phone and it`s
    free.

If worse comes to worse, you could do it yourself.

Create the gcd file, set your MIME types on your server, upload your
qcp and gcd files then email the URL to your phone to download the
    ring tone qcp file.

I haven't looked to see why Xingtone didn't work for me. I'll do that
    this weekend and provide feedback.

myPhoneFiles.com has an app that rips MP3, WAV, and audio CDs to
ringtone format. You have to register though...

But you still need to edit the audio snipper and add a pause,
    otherwise it just keeps repeating.
