How to prevent Mobile cloning??

Hi,

How to prevent mobile cloning? In different system we have different
ways to stop this. In CDMA system we have A key to stopmobile cloning
(ESN and MIN can be easily cloned). But unfortunately A key can also be
cloned. Does any one have any solution to stop mobile cloning?
