My son's phone is on AT&T, but in our area, when Cingular bought AT&T,
they were required to spin off the former AT&T customers to Suncom. The
Go Phone package is being discontinued next month. He has 150 minutes
plus free nights and weekends for about $35.00 (which is $29.95 plus
junk fees.) I can find plans for $35, but not with free nights and
weekends. Where are the former Go phone users going for replacement service?

You don't say where you are. I was recently in North Carolina where there
was a big screw up by Cingular and Suncom and people (AT&T Customers) were
out of service for as many as 4 days.
However, Cingular is continuing the GoPhone so (in the Carolina's at least)
simply go into a Cingular store and buy a GoPhone.
