I saw a dump bin at Wally World full of T-Mobile Nokia pre-paid usage color
screen celluar phones for 39.99, plus 10 minutes of talk time. The cover
says it includes MSN, Yahoo, and some other messenger.
Anyone have experience with this phone?

How is 10 minutes of talk time of any practical use?

If your talking about the Nokia 6010 I had it but I personally did'nt like it that much it just did'nt have the features I wanted but it was a good durable phone and I thought the screen was good for a Nokia and T-Mobile To Go was so cheap I think my minutes really lasted and I do miss T-Mobile. So all in all if you're thinking about getting this phone I think you should.

It isn't, except that it lets you try the phone. It's better then zero
though, assuming you intend to add some airtime yourself.
