Cheapest way to call Italy-cell from the US?

Hello,

I was wondering if you could indicate me the cheapest way to call a
cellular in Italy from the US.

What is the prepaid calling card with the lowest rate that you are
aware of?

I also tried skype but calls to cell phones in italy are rather
expensive (about 30 cents per minute).

Also, do you know of other newsgroup where I should ask this question?

A prepaid calling card should be the cheapest try these people I had good
luck with them.

$0.03/min to fixed lines, $0.25/min to cell phones.

I'm afraid I don't know any lower rates for calls to cell phones.
