I was surprised today, when making a phone call from my mobile, to see
a message on the screen informing me that I have "diverts" on my phone.
I didn't set any, and in fact, have never used that facility on the
mobile in my life.
I tried to see if I could have accidentally set one up by hitting a
wrong button or two, but of course it was impossible without keying in
a telephone number to which I supposedly wanted to divert to.
Does anyone know what causes this "glitch", and what can be done about
it? I don't want my phone calls diverted to other numbes when I haven't
chosen to.
Thanks for any help.

Re: Diverts on my mobile seem to be on autopilot
Oh, and now a close friend of mine has the same problem. I have had it
on two different mobiles myself. Stranger still, both mobiles have come
up with "Reminders" containing the name of a friend when I NEVER use
this facility. Can anyone shed any light as to how this is happening?
Is this a virus, and if so, how would it come up with my friend's name,
when I never tapped it into either phone?
Thanks for any input. It's annoying the have the mobile act up like
this when my land line, fax and internet are not working properly
either, all at the same time. What bad luck.
