I am thinking of buying a new phone with BLUE TOOTH technology which
seems like I really good idea. I do have a few questions about it that
hopefully someone can help me with....

1 --- If I buy a BLUE TOOTH phone, is a WIRELESS BLUE TOOTH headset all
I need or is there other things I must buy to have it work? Like if I
wanted to use it on a bus or train, for example.

2 --- Is there any additional monthly charges for using BLUE TOOTH?

    Thanks in advance.

A bluetooth phone and a bluetooth head set should work just fine together.
    Nothing extra to buy.
You can also connect your phone to your computer via bluetooth, if you buy
    the appropriate bluetooth adaptor.

No, it does not use any cellular coverage. Bluetooth is a wireless
technology that connects various devices in close proximity. Like a
    cordless phone and the base.
Among the downsides are the fact that the blue tooth and cordless phone
probably use the same frequency, causing interference that makes the
    bluetooth drop its' connection.
Another downside is that you will use up your battery power on both the
phone and the headset in a hurry.
