Does anyone have a clue what to do to get one's hands on a Motorola F3
in Germany? Seems like its sold in India only.

There's the moto announcement. India first then worldwide GSM:

"Availability
The GSM version, MOTOFONE F3, is available today in India and will roll out
in international markets in the coming weeks. Motorola is working towards
