I have just come a cropper from the dealership "Talking Minutes" going
in to voluntary liquidation on 30 January 2007. I have 6 months
remaining on my contract with the network but will lose the half-price
rental cash back owed to me by Talking Minutes. This is valued at £120
yet there appears to be nothing I can do to minimise this loss. What
annoys me is that Talking Minutes contacted me only a short while
before they went into liquidation offering me a new 18 month contract.
So glad that I didn't take them up on their kind offer!
Is anyone else in the same boat with this or other dealerships? Does
anyone have a notion as to how I might find out the address for the
Administrator of this liquidation? Neither Companies House or Consumer
Direct can help with this. Even if I could register as a creditor, I
realise that my little claim for £120 would be at the bottom of a stack
of much bigger bills from much bigger concerns. But £120 is a lot of
money to me and there is the princple of the thing.

Can anyone translate this into English?....(c;
I put it into babelfish, the translator, and I think the software crashed!
All in good fun, Ms Terry. I'd never heard this term before....(c;
