My son received a photo on his Metro from a bluetooth. Is there any way to
back track where the photo came from? How do I get copies of my son's bill?
This is a very serious e-mail. My son has been accused of something and
finding the origin of the photo and copies of his phone bill could save him
from a jail/prison term. Can anyone help me??????? Where do I go to get
help?

A "bluetooth" is not a device, it's a method of communication.
I assume "Metro" means Samsung Metro, a cell phone?
Are you saying someone else with a "bluetooth-capable" device somehow
downloaded a naughty picture into his phone without him knowing, or did
you find the picture while snooping through his phone, and he's denying any
knowledge of it?

Is it in a received message, or in the phone's regular picture storage area?

How about from the cell company his phone is activated with?

So it isn't him in the picture with the little girl, the trapeze and the backhoe?

How about...... The cell company? The police? A lawyer? A private investigator?

I found it and he told me how and where to find the photos. He is trying to show the woman is the aggressor. When he saw the photos he was shocked and embarrased.

The picture is in the phone's regular picture storage area.

I have tried to call MetroPCS, but I can't get to a person. It's all
recorded responses. Las night I found a service center in San Jose. I am
driving there today. I am praying someone there can help me.

I'm trying to find help. Because so many people know my son is innocent I
received a large donation to pay for his attorney. The attorney has hired an
investigator. Our attorney explained I needed to try and do this because the
PI has to meanwhile begin interviewing many people. If I can find a number
to actually speak to a Metro company representative it could save my son from
a sentence he doesn't deserve.

So, it sounds like she's a psychotic nut-job that tried to "get" your son by
sending him dirty pictures, and when he rejected her, she decided to get
revenge by taking pictures of herself in less-than-legal positions or poses,
had them uploaded to his phone to make it look like he did the "deeds"
and took pictures of it, then called the police and filed a complaint.
I'm no expert (legal or otherwise), I don't even have a camera in my cell,
but I can often tell what kind of "normal" digital camera a picture came from,
with the date and time the picture was actually taked, by looking at the "headers"
at the beginning of the picture file using a binary editor (as long as it hasn't been
modified and re-saved already by some other program).
For example, can you tell what kind of camera I use, and when I took the
picture? (if this shows up) What if this pic was found in a Kodak?

Re: help me save my son
I took a long trip to San Jose today. The Metro PCS Service Center manager
was extremely knowledgeable and was able to help me. He explained that I
could send the photo to my e-mail and then download it from there. If I
wanted a list of the outgoing calls on my son's phone, I would have to pay,
but if I wanted a list of the calls coming in and out, I could contact the
Metro PCS legal department and with a court order I could receive free copies
of the in and out phone logs for my son's cell. My son will soon be
returning to court. With the information I received today, I believe the
light at the end of the tunnel just got brighter.
