Not sure if you've seen this but dNeero has an iPhone blog survey running:

The unique survey format allows you to answer and then embed your answers into your blog. Then your blog readers can answer and you'll get a sense of how they feel about the same issues. You get to share and interact at the same time.

We think it's rather cool and as an added bonus you can earn up to $6.50 by taking the survey and posting it to your blog.
