News: Layer Reality Browser 2.0

Layar has just launched an updated version of it's Reality Browser that includes new features and is now available in the AppStore.

* “Featured” and “Popular” sections
* New views – “Map” or “List” — that’s in addition to the default augmented reality view
* More options for POIs – link to a website, play trivia game, audio/video clip, click to call
* New content layers: Wikipedia, Twitter, Brightkite, Yelp, Trulia; Store locator, nearby bus stops, mobile coupons, Mazda dealers and tourist, nature and cultural guides.

The Layar Reality Browser 2.0 is also pre-installed on the Samsung Galaxy i7500 in the Netherlands and is available for download in all local Android Markets.
