Back in October, Nokia sued Apple for infringing 10 of it's patents. Now, Apple has decided to file a countersuit against Nokia for infringing 13 of Apple's patents, although Apple has never acknowledged or admitted to Nokia's claims.

The patents that Apple had supposedly infringed on were related to GSM, HSDPA and WLAN, but the Cupertino has not mentioned anything about the patents that the Espoo manufacturer has supposedly infringed.
