I know that there has been a lot of speculation over the years as to if and when a CDMA (verizon) iPhone will be released. I think that we can agree that the CDMA version will be inevitable, and it's probably within the near future as At&t's exclusive contract ends.

However, I am wondering, would the iPhone be as spectacular on a CDMA network?
Isn't voice and data separated? So there would be many drawbacks?
