    Hello,

I am one of those people who likes to enjoy having a $300 phone, and hates putting a $20 piece of plastic around it. However, similarly, I am absolutely paranoid about scratching the phone in any way. I have a Zagg Extreme screen protector on it, and a regular screen protector on the back until I am able to get a Zagg back cover. I have a few questions:

Does having a front and back screen protector (in this case, a heavy-duty one like Zagg's) protect sufficiently enough that everyday use won't make my phone look like it went through a cheese grater? I do not drop my phone, and I do not throw it around, put it face down on tables, or in my pocket with my keys. My biggest concern is leaving it in the cup-holder while driving, or on the table on my desk at home, etc.

I also like the feel and lightness of the phone by itself, and hate the idea of putting cheap plastic on my aluminum phone, and covering the aluminum defeats the visual appeal of having it scratch free. So, can anyone offer me any advice before I spend any more money on screen protectors/cases, etc.

    Thanks,
    Collin Biedenkapp
P.S. - I'm not usually this ridiculous, but I am trying to make my investment last as long as it can.
