Fellow AT&T employee here. Working out of market 61 in Florida.

My question is pretty simple. I'm being harassed about the shoes I am wearing to work. My boss has been on me to buy shoes that don't leave scuff marks. I have 2 pair of $80 dress shoes which I bought for work. There was nothing mentioned before purchasing that they had to be scuff free. On a daily basis, my boss is complaining that the back room floor is being ruined by me. He said he is going to have to take it to the regional manager if I don't comply.

My question is.. Is there a policy which states this? and....Can I find uniform policy online anywhere from my home?
