Haven't posted since purchasing my last cell phone (LG CU400 - love it!). I've now taken a sales job and am thinking of getting a smartphone. Question is, which one? I've got friends that love their Treos and friends that love their BB's. I've heard more complaints about the Treo from current and former users, while my friends using BB's seem very happy. I live in Phx, AZ and my territory covers the entire city. I want an excellent phone in terms of clarity and power, i.e. minimizing dropped calls. I also want to be able to check email from yahoo, gmail, and my corporate server. I'd also like some form of organizer to help plan my day and keep contacts organized. Don't need a camera, don't care about playing music but would like web access. I've got a Palm Tungsten E2 that I could use for PDA functions, but I would rather carry one device. Finally, I would prefer a phone that has 3G capability, but that's not a deal breaker. Thanks.

My personal opinion would be to try an 8525 Hermes (which is what I use) or an 8925 Tilt. Both are great devices, have a number of additional 3rd party programs (many more than Palm and a TON more than a BB) both have 3G and wifi capabilities.
