    Hi there,

Im sure someone will be able to give me lightning fast answer on this. On my last visit to the US I bought a cheap prepaid phone from Walmart but I never activated it. Then back in December I was supposed to be travelling back to the US so activated the sim card online. To cut a long story short I didnt make it to the US and I am assuming the prepaid simcard will have expired. Is this the case or because the phone has never actually made contact with the network will it still be good?? Worse case is that I have to but another Sim Card but does anyone have any idea how much an AT&T Sim only is and where best to get one?

    Thanks :-)

Yes, the sim will have expired. Usually they are good for 30 days. But if you buy more time within a certain period of time you can keep it. And an ATT prepaid sim should run you 25 dollars, IIRC.
That being said, there a some smaller prepaid carriers that allow you to keep
your number active for up to a year with a certain amount of time purchased.
    Google for the different carriers.
