Im due for an upgrade in a month and I was thinking about getting the lg vu refurb online its only $50. How are refurbished phones and how is the vu?? Also I was thinking about getting the media net plan. What can I do with the plan?? Even though I odered the phone online can I go to a ATT store and add the plan to my line at any time?? There are 5 other people on my line, could I put the media net on one line and just pay extra $15 for that line?

Refurbished phones are ok from what I have heard from users of them; also, they are alot cheaper than buying new.

The Media Net feature gives you the following:

*Unlimited access to Cellular Video and MEdiaNet network for $15/month.

And yes, you can add the feature to your plan at any time by visiting a store. Even though you have a family share plan, you can add the feature to a single line.

There are some cases where a refurb is better than brand new, particularly because whatever was wrong with the brand new item was fixed before they were allowed to resell it.

Media net plan is cool, totally worth it if you plan on surfing the net or watching videos or using GPS features. My opinion though is I have internet on my computer that I pay for, why get it on my phone? Especially if you don't have a PDA, because the net runs faster on a PDA, particularly if you live in an area that gets 3G coverage.
