As ATT Store employees have been unreliable in the past, I am trying to get some facts
I currently have an ATT month by month 500 minute plan and want to switch to a Pay as you go plan.
Can I take the Samsung phone I have been using and use it on the PAYG plan?
Will I have to change my current telephone number?
Will there be any fees for switching the phone, like transfer or activation fees?
In addition to purchasing the prepaid minutes, are there the typical extra add on fees from my old cell bill or other extra PAYG charges??
Any other advice/suggestions on from those who have chosen ATT PAYG??
Thanks for your help!

Re: Questions..switching from ATT plan to PAYG
I spoke with a representative of AT&T and was informed it is possible to switch to pay as you go, and you can keep your current number and phone. In addition, there are no activation/transfer fees or any other add-on fees, etc. involved.
